Like most established and legitimate exchangers, they require a fair amount of documentation upfront for doing in-exchanges and out-exchanges, but no docs are needed for e-currency to e-currency exchanges. They have very low fees. Processing time is usually within 24-48 hours of them receiving your money.

London Gold Exchange

This is our personal favourite and we've been using it since we entered the HYIP arena 5 years ago. Like PayByGold.com, they require a lot of documentation such as passport, utility bill, IP verification and phone verification. However, all this means that they are one of the most stable and trustworthy exchangers in the business. They have reasonable fees for exchanges and usually complete your exchange within 24-48 hours of receiving your money. This service is highly recommended for UK users.

IceGold is an excellent service and has enjoyed a good reputation for many years now. They don't require any documentation which makes them ideal for people who are concerned about who has access to all their personal information. They are located in Lithuania but do all their banking through Estonia. IceGold is renown for extremely fast processing of exchanges.

With so many "e-gold debit cards" that have come and gone over the last 5 years, Cash Cards International is the only card that has stood the test of time. If you need to get your money out using a card, then CCI is probably your best bet. e-Gold debit cards have been notorious for being unreliable, but CCI certainly seems to have stood the test of time.
